Prestige - Redfort

RSA Corp structured four marquee projects for Prestige & Red Fort Capital — Prestige City, Prestige Bidadi, Exora Business Park and Prestige Silver Oak, which together accounted for nearly 25% of Prestige Estates IPO book at the time of their public offering.

RSA was instrumental in acquiring over 160 acres for Ozone, which went on to become the landmark Ozone Urbana project on International Airport Road, one of the largest land acquisitions in this prime location.

For Davanam Constructions Sdn. Bhd., RSA acquired 217 acres of prime land near Kuala Lumpur International Airport and partnered it with the iconic luxury brand Aman Resorts to envision a world-class villa and resort development. The master design was crafted by renowned Belgian architect Thierry Janssens.

Within just 18 months, RSA successfully tied up, master-planned and prepared for launch over 12 million sq. ft. of residential projects spanning both apartments and plotted developments
